ENIT CCM Meetup 2025

CCM Meetup 2025 brought together 150 participants from 60 different companies, onsite and online for a full day focused on the future of Customer Communications Management. This year we, for the first time we also held an onsite event in Helsinki.  ENIT hosted the event, with OpenText as partner, creating a relaxed and engaging setting where customers, colleagues, and industry contacts could meet, share experiences, and discuss the developments shaping the CCM landscape.

The agenda brought forward several practical insights. ENIT outlined how we help customers shape their CCM cloud strategy, and one case study highlighted why many organizations are choosing OpenText Communications Cloud Native. Another example showed how accessibility compliance and better customer experience can be reached in just three months — something that many found both relevant and encouraging.

The day also included sessions on important enablers for successful CCM work. Topics such as structured testing, ENIT’s Test Framework. Jens Eriksvik from Algorithma talked about the practical use of AI agents and the growing role of AI, offering concrete takeaways for organizations navigating ongoing change.

Throughout the sessions, participants highlighted the value of being able to connect directly with others working in the same field — whether discussing technology, strategy, or everyday challenges. The atmosphere encouraged open, honest conversations and made the content feel both accessible and relevant.

The day ended with a dinner, giving everyone the chance to continue the conversations in a relaxed setting and round off a day shaped by knowledge sharing, networking, and a welcoming atmosphere.
