As Account Manager at ENIT, you will play a key role in driving new business and expanding existing client relationships across several industry verticals. As Account Manager at ENIT, you will play a key role in driving new business and expanding existing client relationships across Financial Services, Banking, Insurance and several industry verticals. You will report directly to ENIT’s Head of Sales, and your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and managing a strong pipeline of new business opportunities  
  • Driving lead generation and revenue from assigned existing accounts
  • Focusing on sectors including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Health and Utilities  
  • Go-to-market with our partners, including OpenText, Quadient, and Smart Communications, to generate and close joint opportunities  
  • Working closely with our Professional Services team to support existing customers with the delivery of value-adding solutions and services. We walk the talk!
  • Working with the marketing team that just wants you to do well, does what it takes to help sales instead of chasing kpi’s.

Who You Are

A positive and creative mind that likes a clear goal and autonomy in reaching it
We believe you are a self-starter with a passion for delivering value to clients and a proven ability to drive consultative, solution-oriented sales. You likely bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in software sales or consulting services sales
  • Strong ability to prospect, engage, and develop long-term client relationships
  • Experience or familiarity with CCM, Enterprise Software, or Digital Communication Platforms is a plus
  • Comfort working both independently and cross-functionally with marketing, technical consultants, and strategic partners
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)

CCM Consultant

We're looking for versatile CCM consultants who thrive across the full delivery lifecycle — from solution design and template development through integration, testing, and delivery. You won't be boxed into one role: most engagements call for someone who can wear several hats and grow into new ones.

Customer Communication Management is all we do. As a CCM Consultant at ENIT you’ll work hands-on with Nordic  and European enterprises on Quadient, OpenText, and SMART Communications platforms.

What to expect

Depending on the engagement and your strengths, you’ll move between several of these areas — often within the same project:

  • Solution design — assessing the document landscape and shaping the target CCM architecture
  • Template development — building performant, on-brand, multi-channel communications
  • Integration — connecting CCM to ERP/CRM and channels like Kivra, e-archive, and e-mail
  • Platform administration — installs, upgrades, performance tuning, environment management
  • Quality & testing — structured test libraries and automated output comparison
  • Business analysis — turning stakeholder needs into clear, actionable specifications
  • Project delivery — steering CCM projects from scoping to go-live

No one is expected to master all seven on day one. We’re looking for strength in a few areas and the curiosity to broaden over time.

What we’re looking for

Technical Skills

  • Proven experience working with Quadient Inspire
  • Experience with other CCM tools such as OpenText Exstream, SmartCOMM or similar is a strong plus
  • Solid understanding of Customer Communication Management (CCM) concepts
  • Understanding of document flows, template management, and data-driven communications
  • Strong communication skills in local language and English
  • Experience working as a consultant is highly valued

  • Experience working in an agile environment
