ENIT’s 2024 summary

Over the past year, ENIT has grown in many ways as a company. We expanded our presence with new offices and welcomed talented new colleagues to our family. We also strengthened our teams and continued to innovate through initiatives like brownbag sessions and training programs.

One of the most important milestones was when Imit joined ENIT. As a result, we now have a presence in all Nordic countries and can proudly say that we are the largest company in the region delivering CCM/CXM services.

We’ve strengthened our partnerships with existing CCM/CXM partners—OpenText, Quadient, and SMART Communications. Additionally, we’re proud to have welcomed Axess Lab as a new partner in 2024, focusing on accessibility.

Here’s a summary of ENIT’s 2024 highlights:

• Imit joining ENIT : Expanding our reach across the Nordics.
• 11 new stars choose to be our friends and colleagues
• New offices: Opened in Amsterdam, Copenhagen, and India.
• Office improvements: Refurbished our existing workspaces.
• Two company kickoffs: Including ENIT goes sailing on the yearly kickoff 2024 and a memorable ENIT winter conference 2024 in Sälen, Lindvallen
• DI Gasell awarded for the 4th consecutive time

Events in 2024:

• Hosted our annual CCM Meetup.
• Participated in OpenText  Summit and Quadient Innovation Day, where Ronnie Wilhelmsen Gardell delivered a keynote.
• Engaged in Kivra Summit, MoneyLive Nordic Banking, and other key industry events.

Projects:

• Partnered up with Axess Lab – also a DI Gasell winning company.
• Initiated accessibility projects aligned with the EU Accessibility Act.
• Started several Accessibility projects to meet the EU Accessibility Act and also SmartCOMM project.

We’re truly grateful for all that we’ve accomplished together as a team in 2024. Looking to 2025, we’re excited about the opportunities ahead. With these achievements, ENIT will continue to lead as the top independent CCM/CXM provider in the Nordics.
