We are pleased to welcome Anna Östlund to ENIT as a Senior Project Manager, strengthening our capabilities within Customer Communication Management (CCM) projects.
Anna has worked with a range of leading CCM platforms, including solutions from both Quadient and OpenText, and has a strong understanding of how customer communication solutions are designed, implemented, and managed in practice.
Throughout her career, Anna has been responsible for end-to-end project delivery, covering everything from planning and coordination to implementation, testing, and continuous improvement. She is particularly experienced in projects where technical complexity meets regulatory and business requirements, such as accessibility compliance, quality assurance, and structured testing frameworks. This makes her well equipped to manage projects with high demands on reliability, compliance, and long-term sustainability.
