At ENIT, we know that a strong team isn’t just built in meetings—it’s built through shared experiences, good conversations, and the occasional tumble in the snow. Our winter conference in St. Anton was the perfect mix of fresh mountain air, great discussions, and plenty of fun.
St. Anton gave us everything we could ask for—(mostly) blue skies, great skiing conditions, and stunning views. Some of us pushed our limits on skis, while others took a more relaxed approach, but in the end, it was all about being out there together.
Between ski runs, team discussions, and slow mornings with strong coffee, we had time to catch up, share ideas, and enjoy dinners together. These moments outside of work bring us closer as a team—strengthening collaboration, sharpening problem-solving, and giving us fresh energy to deliver even better results.
A big thanks to everyone who made this trip one to remember. It’s experiences like these that make us an even stronger team. Now, let’s see where the next adventure takes us! ❄️
