Ronald brings a wealth of experience in the Customer Communications Management (CCM) industry, having worked extensively with all major vendors — including OpenText, Quadient, and Smart Communications. Ronald’s 25 year long CCM/CXM career journey spans key leadership roles: Partner Manager at StreamServe, interim Sales Manager at Canon CCM , Managing Director at Nokavision, and latest as Sales Director at Smart Communications.
This appointment comes at a pivotal time for ENIT. With a rapidly growing customer base and increasing market demand, the company is making targeted investments to boost its sales organization and solidify its market position across Europe.

The hire also marks a special reunion: Ronald began his CCM career at StreamServe, where many current ENIT colleagues also started. This shared history represents more than just nostalgia — it’s a foundation of trust, collaboration, and a deep understanding of the CCM industry.
