This year marks a decade of growth, innovation, and friendship at ENIT — a true milestone in our journey together. What started as a small team has grown into a trusted supplier working across several countries, delivering ENIT Products and services that continue to evolve with our industry.
To celebrate, our team gathered in the stunning Franciacorta region of Italy, for a few days together. We stayed at Al Rocol, a local agriturismo known for its calm surroundings, vineyards, and welcoming atmosphere. The setting created a good environment for connecting, reflecting, and spending time together outside everyday routines.
For several colleagues, this was the first opportunity to meet newer team members in person. This added a positive energy to the trip, and much of the time naturally turned into discussions about our work, our customers, and ongoing developments within CCM. These conversations helped strengthen our shared understanding of the opportunities and challenges ahead.
The program also included lighter activities. A sunny bike tour through the nearby villages became one of the highlights. It offered a relaxed break with plenty of laughs and a chance to enjoy the surroundings at a comfortable pace. We also visited Al Rocol’s wine cellar to learn about local winemaking traditions — a simple but memorable experience for the group.
As we look ahead, the first decade of ENIT forms a strong foundation for the next. We will continue to grow ENIT Products, refine our services, and build on the relationships we have established with our customers and partners. The 10-year anniversary served as a reminder of how far we have come and how much potential lies in the years ahead!
